These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", or "you") and KAVION Productions("KAVION", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, using our Free AI Visibility Checker, purchasing Strategy Consultations (₹5,000), or ordering Full AI Visibility Audits (₹15,000), you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Scope of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Services
KAVION Productions specializes in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) advisory, entity building, structured schema development, and content production designed to improve brand discoverability across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity AI.
Third-Party AI Model Independence Disclaimer
Third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) update their underlying model weights, retrieval algorithms, and citation mechanics continuously without public notice. KAVION Productions delivers expert, evidence-backed optimization strategies and deliverables. However, KAVION does not own, operate, or control third-party LLMs and does not guarantee fixed, permanent ranking placements on external AI search results.
2. Pricing, Advance Billing & Deliverable Timelines
A. Full AI Visibility Audit (₹15,000)
Full payment is required upfront via Razorpay. Customized intelligence report deliverables are generated and delivered to your registered email address within 48 to 72 business hours following completion of the intake questionnaire.
B. 1-on-1 Strategy Consultation (₹5,000)
Slot reservations are confirmed immediately upon advance payment capture via Razorpay. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the booked time slot.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal license to utilize their delivered audit PDF reports for internal strategic implementation.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
In no event shall KAVION Productions, its founder, employees, or contractors be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from third-party AI model algorithm updates or web platform changes. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to KAVION for the specific service rendered.
